This is where hops meet the tropics! Pineapples Got Hops delivers a bright, juicy hop profile with hints of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit, perfectly complemented by a subtle pineapple flavor that adds just the right touch of tropical sweetness. We kettle soured this patio pounder and balanced it out with a little fruit addition. Cherry and Lime give this sour the perfect amount of sweetness. A little sweet and a little tart, just like your commute on Parker Road. Even though it's not patio season we can pretend right!?

Step into a hop-fueled realm of citrus chaos. At 6.2% ABV and 69 IBU, this West Coast IPA explodes with orange zest, pineapple, and tangerine from Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mandarina Bavaria hops. A resinous bitterness and crisp finish make it a bold journey for hopheads who crave adventure.

In the shuffling madness... of the Locomotive Breath, we brewed up a Steam Beer, and we think it tastes the best. Oh it's packed with caramel maltiness... and balanced by the hops. Oh we brewed with Lager yeast... but that temperature just kept rising oh no way to slow down. Notes of herbal, woody... and those earthy hops. The perfect amber color... yeah you know it rocks. Oh it's a California Common...you'll know it from sip one. I say God I want another....cause the flavor just keeps coming, no way to slow it down. Hey Heyy!

Our take on a Polotmavé Pivo, a classic Czech amber lager that’s as rich in flavor as it is in heritage. This beer blends toasty malts, a hint of caramel sweetness, and the herbal, slightly spicy character of Saaz hops. With its smooth body and crisp finish, it’s the perfect brew to raise a glass and celebrate timeless Czech brewing traditions. Cheers to the classics!

This Pale Ale is a love letter to balance, blending bright, juicy flavors with a smooth, refreshing finish. Bursting with a dynamic medley of Galaxy, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Falconer's Flight hops, it showcases vibrant notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus, rounded out by a delicate floral bitterness.

Our favorite brew for sledding in the moonlight! A big malty backbone is provided by Simpsons Golden Promise. Premium Caramalt and Heritage Crystal malt add biscuit and dark fruit notes. A dash of Roasted Barley adds to the dark amber color and complexity of the grain build. With that stage set a late kettle addition of our holiday spice blend makes this beer truly special. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom balance beautifully and offer a unique aroma and taste perfect for the winter months.

This beer boasts a crisp and clean profile, making it incredibly easy to enjoy sip after sip. Its light body and subtle notes of malt sweetness and hop bitterness provide a perfectly balanced taste!

Take a bite out of paradise with Peeled of Dreams, a dreamy 5.6% ABV cream ale that combines smooth banana sweetness with a hint of lightly toasted marshmallow. The delicate banana flavor leads the way, creating a soft, fruity base, while the marshmallow adds a comforting touch of sweetness and toasty goodness.

This bold Double IPA bursts with layered hop aromas and a robust bitterness that perfectly balances its malty backbone. The hop profile is where this DIPA truly shines. This beer is loaded with Amarillo, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops. This trio delivers intense aromas and flavors of juicy citrus, ripe tropical fruits, and a touch of resinous pine. Amarillo adds bright orange and floral notes, Galaxy brings bursts of passionfruit and peach, while Mosaic rounds it out with blueberry and mango undertones.

Back by popular demand! Brewed with imported British malt from Simpsons. Golden Promise, Heritage Crystal, and Chocolate malts are the backbone of this brew. East Kent Golding hops and English ale yeast contribute to make this a perfect representation of a traditional Porter. And then Coconut! Soooooo Much Coconut!

An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolatey overtones. Willamette hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral note. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.

This New Zealand Pilsner shines with a crisp, refreshing profile that balances a moderate bitterness (35 IBUs) with a smooth, easy-drinking body at 4.8% ABV. Dominant notes of white grape and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin combine beautifully with the bright, citrusy, and tropical characteristics of Riwaka, giving layers of passionfruit, lime zest, and subtle floral hints.

Get ready to rock with our Rye IPA, “Until the Day I Rye.” At 5.5% ABV, this brew packs a punch with a spicy rye malt backbone and the vibrant citrus of Cascade hops. Each sip brings floral aromas and zesty grapefruit, leading to a crisp finish with a touch of pine and pepper. It's a perfect anthem for hop lovers.

Our Dortmunder is a lighter bodied German style lager. A bit stronger than your average Helles and less hoppy than a Pilsner. Historically brewed, (and still is,) brewed in Dortmund Germany as the staple beer for the region. A Lager so good it will make you want to dance all night!

This farmhouse ale captures the essence of fall with its refreshing blend of zesty citrus and tart cranberry. At 5.4% ABV and 26 IBU, this brew offers a perfect balance of flavor, making it a great companion for crisp autumn days

Our tribute to the defense of days past. Fruited with natural blood orange puree, this brew is light and refreshing, perfect year round.

Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients and follows the Reinheitsgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.

Hornet is a Run for your life IPA.  A crazy hoppy beer for these crazy times. Heavy on Mosaic hops and orange peel. Regardless of the time of year this IPA is an absolute must for your shit show survival kit.

Patio pounder season is upon us! Our traditional golden ale base smacked full of Raspberry. Super crushable with fresh, jam like qualities. We’re nowhere near a berry farm, but we can imagine right?!

An old banger with a New twist. This staple Hazy IPA for our two locations has all the qualities of a perfect Hazy. She’s thick, juicy & loaded with tons of hops. Black Keys approved this brew is the Jam!!
